Givers of Love Returns & Refunds Policy

At Givers of Love, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please review our policy below. We comply with Australian Consumer Law, which provides certain protections for consumers.

1. Returns

• Eligibility: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and with packaging intact.
• Personalised Items: Custom or personalised products are generally not eligible for return unless faulty or damaged.
• How to Return: To request a return, please contact us at hello@giversoflove.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning your item.

2. Refunds

• Eligibility: We will provide a full refund if the product is faulty, damaged, or does not match the description.
• Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 7 business days.
• Non-Faulty Returns: For returns due to change of mind, return shipping costs are at your expense, and a refund (excluding shipping) will be processed once the item is received in its original condition.

3. Damaged or Faulty Items

• If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund, as appropriate.

4. Exchanges

• We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order if needed. Or spread the love and gift to a friend :).

5. Shipping & Costs

• Customers are responsible for return postage unless the product is faulty or damaged. We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns.

6. Consumer Rights

• Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement if the product is faulty, not fit for purpose, or doesn’t match the description. This policy does not affect those statutory rights.
